Walking Tall Part II : Diet Cola Joke

Was it Wallking Tall 2 or 3 that had the diet soda joke?

That appeared early in "Final Chapter: Walking Tall". When Sally, Mr. Witter's overweight informant is at his house, he tells his one of his servants to get Sally a drink, and that "there must be a Diet Coke in there or something". I thought it was rude and funny all at the same time.

Thanks! I've remembered that bit since the time I saw in a theater some 35 years ago.
