They were always going back and forth with each other at Rob's place. I am paraphrasing as I don't know the exact quote, but my favorite one, by far:

Re-Run: I ordered hot chocolate! This chocolate isn't hot!
Shirley: You're right. But if you really wanted hot chocolate, you should said you wanted "hot, hot" chocolate!
Re-Run: Ok, Fat, fat girl!!

I'm drawing a blank, but that literally made me LOL just reading it.

I feel stupid for not knowing the exact quote but the one where Dee is auditioning for the hamburger commercial: they are rolling Shirleys pants up so you cant see them under her dress and Rerun looks at her leg and says it looks like a tree HAHAHAHAHA! His face after he says it is really funny too.

i dont remeber what ep it was.but it had to be the 3rd season because Shirley was living with the thomas'..Shirley asks raj and rerun and dwayne to leave so she can clean up.Rerun reacts by tellin Raj: "Hey Raj she cant make you leave your house! she aint your mother! what if i dont go to the soda shop and we stay..RIGHT HERE?!",
Sirley to Rerun: Well maybe you wanna lay down on the couch rerun?"
Rerun: why?
Shirley: because it'll easier for the ambulance to put you on the stretcher
Rerun: well why dont we just mosey on down to the soda shop LOL

Okay, it wasn't an exchange but when Rerun made some comment to Shirley and she told him the chair he was sitting on would hold both of them, and she proved it by sitting on him!

Re-Run: I just have baby fat.

Shirley: Oh yeah, so when are you gonna have the baby?

I remember Rerun told Shirley he was working on a project on inflation and he asked her if he could ask her a question about it. His question was, "Shirley? How'd you get so inflated?". He then just ran out of the place!

when shirley and rerun were exchanging and rerun got the best 1 in, raj and duane are laughing and shirley says "you hear something funny, you hear something funny?" and they slow to a silence. awesome!
