The King of Comedy : Missing scene in the restaurant

Is there a cut or missing scene from this film. I am thinking of the imagined restaurant sequence where Jerry & Rupert are having lunch & Jerry begs Rupert to take over his show for a few weeks. In the well known still photo of them laughing together, Rupert is wearing a blue suit with a gold tie with a window behind him, but in the film itself he has a dark suit on in a completely different room ?

I've always wondered about that too. I don't remember seeing De Niro wearing the black suit/gold tie combo in the film at all (I must just be forgetting tho), so it could be a scrapped scene?

The only deleted scene I've watched was Jerry's opening monologue, but I've heard several other cut scenes mentioned by other people - such as a flirtation between Rita and the guy imitating/mocking Rupert in the restaurant. I wonder if there's a different DVD available with a director's cut or a more extensive collection of deleted scenes.

That scene is in my version of the movie(iTunes purchase). Rupert is imagining it after the first night he meets Jerry. And during the fantasy a girl comes up and asks Rupert for his autograph but not Jerry.

I just watched my VHS copy the other day and it had this scene as well.
