It is being reported in the Australian Newpapers that he was suffering from depression and committed suicide.

I am so saddened to find out this is true.
he was so talented and had one of the major storylines this year on All Saints.
I won't be able to watch the show again.

How terribly sad.. So tragic to hear of someone who seemed to shine so bright outwardly but secretly suffered from depression and obviously felt so compelled and alone to end their life. I hope we can send the message to others to reach out, because tomorrow is always another day and if not, hello drugs!

This is so terrible. Mark was such a joy to watch on stage and screen. I saw him in a number of projects and he was such a talent. It feels so weird to be talking about him in the past tense. RIP Mark.

There are another 11 episodes to come, which had been filmed.
Then that is all.
