Bey should for her next album only collaborate with 3 producers and about 4-5 songwriters at most, sparse arrangements and tons of vocal gimmicks. That should get her album of the year win.

Grammy voters are just regular musicians, they don't have to pay for the statues to go out to all the musicians so I doubt they pay attention to how many people were involved. Not to mention the award has recently gone to albums by Adele, Daft Punk, and Taylor Swift that were produced by fairly large teams (tons of featured artists, in Daft Punk's case).
