2- what can be done to prevent other cases?
3 Trump as president can enable other people to like that? (the president does it so can I)

He's having a mid life crisis which can cause people to behave awkwardly, I honestly thought he was high when I saw that video.

Vin Diesel was definitely drunk and/or drugged when he called that girl beautiful.


Perhaps he even needs to wear glasses. There's no way a normal person can call that "thing" beautiful. Wow damn.

Also he didn't sound seriously and he seemed like he was going to burst out laughing since he is very much aware of how silly he sounded as part of his prank.

Harassment isn't determined based on the victim's appearance, it's the harasser's behavior, the making of unwanted sexual advances in a professional/work environment.
This seemed like harassment - the interviewer was just trying to do238 her job, and VD was being a huge jerk. If Vin was high or joking or being a "troll"? Doesn't matter, it was still harassment.
