Lee Purcell : Look Alike

Look Alike

I was recently watching re-runs on the Hallmark channel and saw a Lee Purcell guest star on this show. It was in 1975. I tell you, she looked, and even sounded, just like Linda Cardellini.

Re: Look Alike

Yes I agree. With the age difference they could pass as Mother and Daughter. Lee Purcell of course is a very beautiful woman and I'm surprised that she did not go on to the big screen. Gorgeous is the only word for her.

Re: Look Alike

I think Mary Elizabeth Winstead looks like she could be Lee Purcell's daughter.

Re: Look Alike

I dont know how can talk about who she looks like without mentioning a young Jane Fonda. I have never seen two actresses who look so much alike as those two do

Re: Look Alike

I think she also resembles Renee Zellweger a little.

Re: Look Alike

Agreed.

Re: Look Alike

MILF!

Re: Look Alike

63 and looks amazing!!

Re: Look Alike

looks better than Cardellini

Re: Look Alike

dead-on for Linda Cardellini-absolute dead-on!

Re: Look Alike

Bite your tongue!

This will be the high point of my day; it's all downhill from here.

Re: Look Alike

I actually thinks she looks a LOT like Haviland Morris. Caroline from Sixteen Candles. I actually thought it was her!

Re: Look Alike

Jane Fonda. Only when both were very young. Except for the eye color. Especially in the strange Dennis Hopper movie, "Kid Blue" (1973).

Annette Bening in "Valley Girl," a decade later.

None of the above are exact look-alikes. Only average resemblances at certain times.

Re: Look Alike

A little Jane Fonda and some Renee Zelwegger.

She's sure is pretty.

Re: Look Alike

I saw her as the MILF in Valley Girl and was thinking she has a little bit of Jessica Alba's mom going on.

Re: Look Alike

I always considered Lee Purcell Lee Remick's little sister.
When they were both younger, they looked an awful lot alike.

Tell me, you love your country?
Well, I've just died for it.

Re: Look Alike

I just saw Lee in her 1970 'Bonanza' episode. She was stunning! A very cool episode which also starred Richard Thomas as part of a post Civil War wandering hippie-esque group called the Weary Willies. The episode had an 'Easy Rider' feel to it. Anyway, Lee was young, sweet, and perky, and had long blonde hair. I won't be able to think about anything else for the next few days. Damn, I hate it when that happens!

Re: Look Alike

Hey, I just watched that Bonanza episode too (couldn't stand Richard Thomas, he always stinks, and I don't think he stopped grinning through out the episode). Miss Purcell sure caught my eye! She sure is pretty and very healthy looking here, but she looked kind of flat chested. Very nice.
