Carry On Cruising : food fight?

Just seen this film on UK gold and the ending seemed wrong and quite flat. I think that they may have cut a riotous food fight from the scene when they present the cake to sid james? I last saw this film in the early 70s so i might be wrong or suffering from false memory syndrome or something - can anyone confirm if there was a food fight?

I think that you must be thinking about the final bit of 'Carry on Loving' made in 1970. There was a huge food fight at the end of this one.

Hi, thanks for putting me straight! i knew i had seen a food fight in a 'carry on' and thought that the TV company had cut it out to fit into their scheduling. I'm at an age now where my memory has started playing tricks on me. I think Carry on cruising could have done with a climatic food fight and i'm surprised it didn't have one, as it sort of fizzled out at the end - perhaps in 1962 it was still a bit taboo to be seen wasting food by throwing it around - by 1970 we were probably a more wasteful society and it was OK?
