Natalie is thin from the start, it happened during the summer, they are wearing coats and appear to be cold the day go for the abortion; she wears dresses that have belts. I agree and often thought the same while watching the movie. I know petite, thin women often do not begin to show until later in their pregnancy, but I also thought that at the end when they're having dinner in her apartment she should have at least looked a little pregnant by then.
