The Ring : I just learned that Daveigh did not play Samara in Noah scene

Daveigh Chase played Samara for the most part in the movie. However I learned that Barbara Wixton played Samara during the ending where Samara kills Noah. It makes sense because I always found Samara in that scene looked so much different than Daveigh Chase Samara. It's not the makeup it's moreso the body. Samara killing Noah scene, she had a grown woman body and now I know that it was an actual grown woman playing Samara only in that scene.

However it was Daveigh Chase that was coming up from the well and walking towards the TV. The shot cuts to Noah then back to the TV and now it's a grown woman crawling out.

Daveigh said she had to walk backwards and then they rewound it to make her walk creepy.

oh yeah thats definitely daveigh in the well but the samara out of the tv to kill noah was a different actress.

They used 4 actresses to play Samara in this film. 2 adults (the one you mentioned, and Kelly Stables, who took over as Samara in The Ring Two), and 2 children, Daveigh, and another unnamed child. When Rachel gets grabbed in the well, that's Kelly Stables and I'm guessing one of the adult stunt actors also did the fall into the well.
