Baldwin lost a ton of weight around 2011-2012, you can especially tell during the last season of 30 Rock. He's gained some back but that's likely due to age; he definitely doesn't have the unhealthy, bloated look he had around 2009-2010.

i thought he was looking better. i remember his face getting gigantic.
