In the real shooting? 15 deceased, including the two shooters. 24 were injured.

Well that depends on which shooting you refer to. As kaiju-ninja pointed out, the attack at Columbine, killed 15 and injured 24. But the shooting in this film, a fictional one, took 12 innocent lives
If you watch the end you'll see a couple of guys torching the two crosses raised in memory of andre and calvin at a memorial park just outside the school building. When the men first arrive, one of the guys asks his friend "Is this it?" (when he first notices the raised crosses) and the friend replies "Yeah, all fourteen of them".
So including the two shooters, their attack killed 14. I hope this answer is satisfying.
