Penitentiary : Anyone recognize Porky?

Anyone recognize Porky (Chuck Mitchell) in this movie?

How could we NOT recognise him? The only BIG white dude in the entire film

The actor Chuck Mitchell actually debuted in Penitentary. It was made 3 years before Porky's.
When I saw Porky's the mostly African-american audience was like hey it's the warden from Penitentary.

LOL, cool story!

The question was do we recognize him, not did we see him? If you didn't see Porky's the movie then you would have not recognized him from Porky's.

I wrote the IMDb mini-bio on Chuck Mitchell. I thought Mitchell was excellent in "Porky's" and "Better Off Dead."

"We're all part Shatner/And part James Dean/Part Warren Oates/And Steven McQueen"

I realized he was the Char-Burger manager from Better Off Dead.

Mitchell was also excellent in "Penitentiary." Instead of playing the part as a typical hard-nose prick, he was actually a decent, likable guy. He was great in this, and "Penitentiary" is one of the best movies in the genre. It's sad that more people aren't aware of this great film..
